This is an appeal of a judgment in a personal injury auto accident lawsuit. The jury found that the defendant driver was in the course and scope of his employment; however, the trial court determined that there was no evidence to support the jurys response and rendered a judgment notwithstanding the verdict in favor of the appellees. Appellants sole point on appeal is that the trial court erred in granting the motion for judgment n.o.v. because the evidence at trial supports the jurys findings. We affirm.
